PoC & Solution Validation
Prove value efficiently
We help our clients design and run Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that deliver quick, evidence-based results. Before committing, we run a one-day workshop that brings the vendor together with the business owners of the challenge. Using our frameworks, these sessions often spark bigger ideas and end with a clear proposal for a 3-week PoC, including deliverables, KPIs, and resource needs. This keeps investment contained while creating the foundations for scaling.
Enterprise-ready validation

PoC Design & Setup
PoCs are scoped to stay tight and practical.
In the setup, we work with you and the vendor to agree deliverables, timelines, and success measures. Security and compliance requirements are addressed upfront, and roles are made clear on all sides.
By keeping the scope short – typically three weeks – you get fast results, minimise wasted spend, and gather the evidence needed to make informed choices about next steps.
Execute PoCs Together
PoCs are designed and delivered as a joint effort between your teams and the vendor. Some focus on data and AI validation, others on building MVP prototypes or testing solutions in live environments. We coordinate activity to keep pace, maintain transparency, and ensure learnings are shared.
Throughout, usage, performance, and feedback are tracked closely. The outcome is reliable evidence of value and a clear view on whether to scale, adapt, or stop.
Monitor Metrics & Gather Feedback
As the PoC runs, we work with both your teams and the vendor to track progress against agreed KPIs and deliverables. For some PoCs this means measuring data quality and model performance; for others it’s usability, adoption, or commercial outcomes.
Alongside hard metrics, we capture qualitative feedback from users and stakeholders. This blended evidence provides a rounded view of value, reduces risk, and informs clear decisions on next steps.

Validate Scalability
If a PoC delivers value, we help you and the vendor explore what it would take to scale.
Using our frameworks, we look at areas such as technical fit, integration, security, pricing, and support.
The aim isn’t to give you a ready-made answer, but to provide the structure and evidence so both sides understand the risks, effort, and opportunity. This gives leadership a clear basis for deciding the next step.
