Vitality. A breath of fresh air.
Last week we were invited by Vitality to run part of their Health Insurtech Conference. 190 people from across the business, 2 hours to come up with a bunch of new ideas and 1 GREAT BIG trophy. What more could you possibly want?
I didn’t know Vitality particularly well before a few weeks ago; spending time with their leadership pulling the event together, and their team on the day, I can’t stress enough just what an amazing company they are. I found them ALL to be incredibly generous, passionate about making a difference to both customers and business alike, and fully committed to driving the business forward.
Unsurprisingly, a great day was had – some incredible ideas unearthed and a reminder of the latent creative talent that too often lies untouched within big business.
In the words of Michael Bublé, or was it Meredith Wilson, it’s beginning to look [a lot] like Christmas. And as my gift to you I’ll keep this one short.
