LocalGlobe is a UK-based venture capital firm that focuses on seed and impact investments. The company was founded by father and son Robin and Saul Klein, and is one of the most active VC firms in the UK.
Initially focussed on early-stage investments, in 2018 it was revealed that LocalGlobe was raising a new 'sister-fund' aimed at Series B investments. The new fund, called Lattitude, closed $180m in commitments in 2019. The VC also closed an additional $115m in commitments for its original seed fund.
Some of its most famous portfolio members include Citymapper, Improbable, Lovefilm, Moo, Tweetdeck, Transferwise and Zoopla.
