Joonko

Joonko (also known as Joonko_io)  is a car insurance comparison portal by company-builder FinLeap.

Joonko was established in 2019, and is due to launch in Q4. The company aims to help German consumers find the right insurance for their own personal needs. The company plans to expand its product range with other financial products over the course of 2020.

In September 2019 the startup raised an undisclosed Seed round led by Ping An Global Voyager Fund and Raisin. Ping An also invested in parent company FinLeap in 2018, and has reportedly been heavily involved in the development of Joonko's technology capabilities.
