Zesty overview

Zesty is a Digital Health companies. Founded in August 2012, it targets patient engagement in healthcare practices, clinics and hospitals through technology, data and design.

Zesty offer a suite of patient facing digital tools to healthcare providers that easily integrate with a hospital's electronic patient record (EPR) or patient administration system (PAS). Its apps then help users with everyday health related tasks, like booking and managing appointments, reading letters digitally and sharing copies of electronic medical records.

In May 2020 Induction Healthcare announced its intentions to acquire Zesty for around £13m.

Prior to the acquisition, Zesty had raised $10.2m, with investors including Upscale, Innovation Capital, Mangrove Capital Partners and TA Ventures.

In July 2020 Zesty announced it had launched an online booking solution for NHS trusts to enable staff to quickly and digitally book COVID-19 antibody tests.

Zesty was acquired by Induction in 2020.
