Hoppen

Hoppen (formerly Télécom Santé) is a specialist in digital solutions for the healthcare industry. It provides entertainment and communication tools for healthcare centres, enabling them to enhance patient care, improve efficiency and offer a more comfortable stay for patients.

Hoppen provides digital tools and solutions to healthcare institutions, all of which are autonomous and compatible with each other, aiming to improve the monitoring of patients, help improve care, and simplify the work medical staff undertake. Its products include a smart hospital bed, a social network for hospital patients, and HospiMonitor, an internal services management platform. 

Around 500,000 patients use Hoppen services every year.

In November 2019 Hoppen raised €32m in an undisclosed funding round. The company stated the money will be used to invest in its services and expand its team. As part of the announcement, Hoppen revealed it had acquired Télécom Services, an operator of digital TV services for hospitals.
