The Crawford Solution (TM) offers comprehensive, integrated claims services, business process outsourcing and consulting services for major product lines including property and casualty claims management, workers compensation claims and medical management, and legal settlement administration.
Crawford has four segments: America, which serves the property and casualty insurance company markets in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean; International Operations, EMEA/AP, which serves the property and casualty insurance company markets in Europe, including the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific; Broadspire, which serves the United States self-insurance marketplace, and Legal Settlement Administration, which serves the securities, bankruptcy and other legal settlements markets, primarily in the United States.
In August 2018, Crawford & Co. announced the launch of their Tracker Central Management Portal, a tool helping users to mitigate risk and limit contact-related incidents. The following month, they commenced collaboration with AI and image analytics company, Claim Genius, on an AI-based solution to improve the overall claims process.
The following year, Crawford launched a transportation-focused solution that assists transportation clients with risk mitigation, supports employees injured on the job, and protects cargo, vehicles, and other valuable assets. Other features include 24/7 intake and onsite adjuster field response to incidents, onsite coverage throughout North America, and property damage and time element assessments.
In April 2019 Crawford announced a new smart water detection and mitigation product. The solution ensures that property owners have 24/7 monitoring against leaks, through the use of sensors placed throughout a building. The sensors are directly connected to Crawford's operation centre, and when alerted, the centre can immediately inform the property owner and dispatch a water mitigation company.
In May 2022 Crawford & Company is partnering with British start-up Automated Insurance Solutions (AIS) to accelerate UK motor claims processing. Crawford will utilise AIS’s solution BAIL, which provides an automated motor claims liability assessment solution and is designed to reduce motor claims lifecycle.
