Greycroft Partners is a venture capital firm based in New York and Los Angeles that are focused on investments in the Internet and mobile markets.
Greycroft invest from two funds: Greycroft V, a $256 million venture fund, and Greycroft Growth II, a $365 million growth-stage fund. The venture fund starts with an investment between $100,000 and $5 million, and will invest up to $10 million over multiple rounds. The growth fund starts at $10 million and will invest up to $35 million in a company. These two funds enable Greycroft to support entrepreneurs at any stage.
The company manages in excess of $1 billion, and has made over 150 investments since its inception in 2006, with a portfolio including Acorns, App Annie, Boxed, Buddy Media, Extreme Reach, Huffington Post, JW Player, Maker Studios, Plated, Scopely, TheRealReal, Thrive Market, Trunk Club, Venmo, and WideOrbit.
