Inzura’s customer engagement apps and cloud-based services cover the major personal insurance lines, and include driver profiling telematics, connected home solutions and fitness & well-being wearables. It aims to help insurers improve customer service, which in turn drives higher customer retention, as well as reduce fraud and costs in the claims process. Inzura claim that it has helped its customers achieve over 30% improvement in loss ratio. Its product portfolio includes insurance policy administration mobile apps, insurance telematics (including UBI & eFNOL), user-friendly smartphone camera photograph analysis, data analytics and back-end server infrastructure. End users benefit from time saving and safety features built into the apps, as well as delivering new services utilising insurance telematics and driving linked rewards.
In 2019, Inzura announced it had partnered with MiTAC Digital Technology Corporation (MDT) on a fully integrated telematics dashcam solution for the motor insurance sector. The solution provides real-time feedback through its advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) to help reduce accidents, increase safety and improve claims processes. eFNOL capability was later added to their dashcam solution, which can automatically notify a client's FNOL team and upload relevant video & data.
In December 2019, Inzura partnered with MCE to launch an app to help save consumers time and money by automating the process of collecting and verifying all policy documentation, and using AI to help detect fraud through photo analysis.
Headquartered in the UK, Inzura has also opened offices and won clients in Singapore, Thailand and most recently Indonesia.
