InsurTech Gateway Australia

InsurTech Gateway Australia allows founders to retain more equity in their business as the time required to get authorisation, capacity and capital is reduced. In turn this decreases the need to raise frequently (and risk further dilution). The Insurtech Gateway have centralised exclusive key platforms required to get Insurtech startups to market and scaled (from branding to a full IT stack).

Combined with access to investment and insurance capacity, ITGA aim to get a business idea into market in a matter of months, rather than the market average of 18 months, cutting the average Australian cost of entry from AUD 1.5m to AUD 250-400k.

InsurTech Gateway Australia is the Australian arm of InsurTech Gateway, founded in May 2019. The organisation officially launched in July 2019.

Insurtech Gateway Australia secured a $250k government grant to help them continue growing in November 2020.
