Allstate Canada is one the country’s leading producers and distributors of home and auto insurance products in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. It was established in 1953.

They offer a network of over 90 community-based agencies and over 2,400 agents and employees to deliver quality solutions to customers.

In May 2019 Allstate Canada unveiled its driver safety app. Called Drivewise, it uses telematics technology to provide policyholders with information about their driving habits. In doing so, the app can reward safe drivers with discounts of up to 30% on their insurance premium. And, unlike traditional black boxes, opting onto the Drivewise program will not result in increases in premiums, regardless of driving behaviour prior to downloading the app.
