Amperity’s platform was built for customer management, leveraging AI and cloud-scale to tackle issues such as customer identity resolution and data management.

Amperity's platform takes raw data and offers analysis and actionable insights across marketing, customer experience and analytics platforms. It uses machine learning to adapt to a brand's data and offer more personalised insights over time. Its interface can be adapted to different needs, with a range of segment, tables and databases on offer.

Amperity serves many big brands, including Alaska Airlines, Starbucks, The Gap Inc, Moët Hennessy USA, Wynn Resorts, Kendra Scott, Lucky Brand, Planet Fitness, Seattle Sounders, Stanley, and more.

In 2018 Amperity claimed its annual recurring revenue grew 355% year-over-year.

In July 2019, Amperity raised $50m in Series C funding, with the new funding coming from Tiger Global Management, Goldman Sachs, Declaration Partners, Madera Technology Partners, Madrona Venture Group and investor Lee Fixel.
