In 2018, for example, the insurer announced it had partnered with leading global accelerator, Plug and Play, to promote startup innovation, as well as InsurTech Anapi to deliver innovative digital insurance products via its API.
The following year, their online claims solution, EASY, was recognised by the Laserfiche Run Smarter Awards. According to a statement by the insurer, since the launch of its claims system, over 80% of its online customers have submitted their claims using the online claims submission system.
In October 2021 MSIG Hong Kong and CoverGo, a no-code insurtech, partnered to launch MediGo, a new end-to-end system for managing MSIG's health insurance business, enabling the Hong Kong-based insurer to increase their speed to market by building and launching new products and processes quickly and efficiently.
